The crown prince of enjoyable schlock -- producer Roger Corman -- weighs in with a martial arts adventure of a tough Los Angeles cop (Cat Sassoon) who journeys to Manila to investigate the murder of her sister. Seems sis worked there as a kickboxing FBI agent when she photographed the execution of a U.S. military honcho. Things get lethal when Sassoon arrives and is warned by the government to stay out of the situation. Fat chance!
