Based on Takashi Ishii's manga, this fourth installment in the Angel Guts series centers on Nami (Jun Izumi), who unwittingly agrees to stand in for her friend at an S&M magazine photo shoot. Lonely Nami, who works at a department store but moonlights as a clerk at an adult bookstore, winds up in more than one undesirable position in this graphic erotic film directed by Toshiharu Ikeda. Masahiko Abe co-stars.
