Jacques Montaine (Olivier Gruner) -- a French exchange student on scholarship to an East Los Angeles university -- becomes embroiled in a barrio war when he attempts to protect his landlady's son from neighborhood street toughs. Next thing you know, a deranged gang leader named Angel Diaz (Tony Valentino) and his followers have Jacques in their crosshairs. But the young thugs hadn't bargained on battling a world-class kick-boxer!
