This charmingly offbeat film deftly melds two genres -- comedy and sci-fi thriller -- as it recounts the misfortunes of Lloyd (David Fickas), a neurotic conspiracy theorist who's in a self-imposed funk because he fears the world is out to get him. Hoping to help the delusional man, Traci (Mo Gaffney), Lloyd's neighbor and childhood friend, at first tries to humor him but winds up thinking his paranoia may be based in truth.
