After landing a job at a rural animal hospital and learning that the facility faces a financial crisis, Andrew MacDonald (Jonathan Scarfe) joins chief veterinarian Cyrus Gachet (Mike Farrell), coworkers and the entire community to keep the clinic open. Meanwhile, Andrew takes a shine to pretty colleague Emma Matthews (Ione Skye) in this feature-length Animal Planet drama also starring Bruce Davison and Sebastian Spence.
