At the end of a seven-year stint in prison, Reggie Hammond (Eddie Murphy) gets a visit from his old pal Jack Cates (Nick Nolte). The crusty cop faces a trumped-up manslaughter charge, and he needs Reggie's help to catch a drug kingpin and clear his name. The barroom brawls come fast and furious in this action-packed sequel to the classic 1982 buddy film. Brion James and Kevin Tighe co-star.
