Former Navy SEAL Robert Zorkin (Charles Napier) and his lovely wife, Susan (Kimberley Kates), are vacationing in Moscow to meet up with Robert's former SEAL buddy Rod Armstrong (Frank Zagarino). But the Zorkins aren't just looking for a little rest and relaxation; they're on the trail of nuclear warhead-stealing international terrorists.
