Exactly 3 years after Sean Sullivan's (Elijah Wood) arm was found in the river, convincing everyone around him that he'd been murdered, his brother Frank (Ed Burns) gets wind of rumors that Sean's alive and kicking. A mobster (Malachy McCourt) tells Frank to find out the truth; if Sean's alive, he's a target -- especially since he killed a local thug. That aside, Sean has a lot of explaining to do. …
