Since their wedding three years earlier, Mandy (Christy Chung) and Kenny (Alex Fong) have enjoyed a happy marriage. On their third anniversary, Mandy receives in the mail a mysterious DVD on which an old man says that her husband will leave her. Mandy is disturbed but shrugs it off -- until a car accident puts her into a coma later that night. When she awakens, she finds that her husband's secretary (Sasha Hou) has assumed her identity.
