Hired to work at the St. Andrews Asylum for the Criminally Insane, Bishop is eager to put his hard-won medical degree to work. But when his patients start dying off one by one, the good doctor is hard-pressed to discover a cause and begins to suspect that an entrenched evil lurks within the institution.
