In a post-apocalyptic world, mankind has destroyed the surface of the planet and nearly wiped itself out of existence. One remaining survivor, the Girl (Christine Spencer), lives in an underground bunker and tries to fend off attacks from her enemy's (Brenda Cooney) robots. Through the help and guidance of her mentor, the Scientist (Angus Scrimm), the Girl has learned the history of the world -- and how to build her own robot army.
