Filmmaker Henry Jaglom turns his camera on a subject dear to the hearts of women: motherhood. Gena finds herself torn between her current boyfriend's desire to start a family and the unexpected return of an old lover. To further complicate matters, she might be pregnant. In the midst of her unsettled personal life, Gena attends a baby shower along with women who are all facing their own ticking biological clocks.
