Police partners Arjun Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) and Pyare Mohan (Govinda) spend so much time together on the job that they can finish each other's sentences -- or fool two beautiful women (Raveena Tandon and Ramya Krishna) into believing they've switched identities. Meanwhile, two look-alike crooks (also played by Bachchan and Govinda) prompt the police commissioner (Anupam Kher) to think that his cops are criminals.
