When his wealthy owner, Constance Pennington (Jackie Burroughs), dies, a golden retriever named Bailey inherits billions of dollars and becomes CEO of the animal-rights organization known as AARF. Complications ensue when Constance's greedy nephew (Tim Curry) and his opportunistic wife (Jennifer Tilly) hatch a plan to get their hands on Bailey's fortune by kidnapping the pooch and holding him hostage. Dean Cain co-stars.
