College student Pawan (Deepak Tijori) discovers that he was adopted. Worse, he learns that his parents were murdered by land-grabbing criminals. When Pawan discovers that his birth father, a college professor, planned to build the perfect learning institution, he tries to realize his father's dream. Soon, however, Pawan finds himself up against the same thugs who killed his parents. This thriller from Prakash Mehra co-stars Karishma Kapoor.
