Gifted thief Max Cruz (Carlos Gallardo) is framed by the CIA into doing their bidding. The Feds want Max to infiltrate the Yucatan-based hideout of a crime lord (Kim Coates) and steal back some intelligence data that the drug kingpin swiped from the CIA. Along for the ride -- and as insurance that Max won't disappear -- is Natalie (Angie Everhart), a CIA operative who might be playing both sides of the fence. Roger Christian directs.
