Musical legend Barry Manilow won acclaim, and a few Emmys, for these TV variety shows from the 1970s and '80s, featuring guest appearances from such popular entertainers as Ray Charles, John Denver, Dionne Warwick and Kid Creole and the Coconuts. Highlights in the five shows in this collection include some of the first live performances of Manilow's trademark hits "I Write the Songs" and "Copacabana."
