Tung (Anthony Wong Chau-Sang), a corrupt cop with a major gambling problem, takes bribes with both hands and likes to hang out with the Hong Kong mob. But when he gets a new boss, the straight-and-narrow cop Mike Cheung (Michael Wong), Tung discovers the chief's upright virtue is infectious. As they chase down criminals, the two men find common ground in this gritty crime drama from acclaimed director Gordon Chan.
