In cult director Monte Hellman's The Beast from Haunted Cave, a group of fleeing criminals hides out at a ski resort and stumbles on a spiderweb-covered snow beast. In The Brain That Wouldn't Die, a doctor rescues his girlfriend from the scene of an accident and keeps her disembodied head alive in a dish while he hunts for the perfect female body to attach it to. Terror strikes, however, when the head develops telepathic powers.
