A dab of film noir colors these two classic comedies. In Beat the Devil, four travelers (including Humphrey Bogart and Jennifer Jones) board a ship with a quartet of gangsters in search of hidden treasure. In That Uncertain Feeling, which earned an Oscar nod for its score, a lonely wife (Merle Oberon) finds love in the arms of a concert pianist (Burgess Meredith) when her husband ignores her -- and learns he'll do anything to win her back.
