While vacationing with a friend in Thailand, Jessica (Sara Malakul Lane), the only daughter of former CIA operative Jake Hopper (Steven Seagal), is kidnapped by a group radical Islamic fundamentalists looking to force the hand of the U.S. government. Joined by his ex-partner-turned-Buddhist-monk Sunti (Byron Mann), Jake sets out to rescue Jessica, soon to discover that her kidnapping is at the heart of a worldwide conspiracy.
