When Amit (Amitabh Bachchan) and his wife (Moushumi Chatterjee) rush a man to the hospital after witnessing his attempted murder, their good deed quickly goes sour when they begin to get menacing calls requesting a slip of paper the man dropped in their car. Then their dog dies. Finally, the couple is truly terrified. Before the saga ends, their son will have been kidnapped and his assailants will have demanded a terrible price for his release.
