Life is good for electronic music composer Martin (Paul Kalkbrenner) as he tours the globe with his manager and girlfriend (Rita Lengyel) and prepares to release what's be his biggest album yet -- then he's admitted to a Berlin psych ward whacked out of his mind on drugs. Stuck in loony bin limbo, the poised-for-stardom Martin watches his world unravel in this melodrama that plays out amid Germany's underground techno scene.
