The longtime director of the New York Philharmonic, renowned American composer Leonard Bernstein pays tribute to classical music legend Ludwig van Beethoven by conducting the Vienna Philharmonic in Beethoven's Symphonies no. 2, no. 6 and no. 7. Known as the "Pastoral Symphony," Symphony no. 6 explores country life by symphonically depicting lovely brooks, local people and thunderstorms.
