Unlikely roommates Boyd (Dave Boyle) and Jerome (Jayson Watabe) harbor big dreams in this quirky comedy set in Japantown in San Jose, Calif. American Boyd wants to fit in with the local Japanese businessmen, while the average-sized, half-Japanese Jerome aspires to be a sumo wrestler. No one's interested in Boyd's "translation services," and Jerome can't get a wrestling match, but things begin to look up when they meet a woman named Mai (Rachel Morihiro).
