Dispatched to Hawaii to break up a red cell operating in Honolulu, two-fisted communist hunters Jim McLain (John Wayne) and Mal Baxter (James Arness) discover that there's a bigger conspiracy afoot than they ever imagined in this vintage Cold War thriller. The supporting cast includes Nancy Olson as Wayne's love interest, Veda Ann Borg as an elbow-bending boarding-house owner and Hans Conried as a mental patient.
