Notorious gangster Big Baby Sweets (Violent J) and his group of tough thugs have New York City under their complete control. San Francisco cop Sugar Bear (Shaggy 2 Dope) is brought in by the NYPD to help stop the out-of-control crime ring. Made as a tribute to 1970s exploitation films, this amusing comedy is full of guest appearances, including professional wrestler Mankind and punk rockers The Misfits.
