Vinod Mehra plays dual roles as twin brothers Raju and Debu, who find love unexpectedly in this dramatic Bollywood tale. While working at a factory, Raju falls for Shikha (Sarika), the beautiful daughter of Seth Jagmohan (Kamal Kapoor), even as the unsuspecting Debu is smitten with Jagmohan's illegitimate daughter, Kiran (Nazneen). The supporting cast includes Asha Parekh, C.S. Dubey and Jagdish Raj.
