In this Filipino take on All About Eve, wannabe Dorina Pineda (Sharon Cuneta) worships and obsesses over singing superstar Lavinia Arguelles (Cherie Gil). She eventually surpasses her idol in fame and adulation, but at the possible cost of her soul. This musical drama takes a hard look at the high price of stardom, the inherent dangers of getting everything you think you want and the toll it takes on both the individual and those around them.
