This gritty grind house double feature kicks off with death and satanic cults in Black Candles. On a visit to England after her brother dies, Carol (Vanessa Hidalgo) learns that her sister-in-law and, even worse, her boyfriend have become devil worshippers. In Evil Eye, Peter (Jorge Rivero) is tortured by dreams of murder and soon loses his hold on reality. But when his psychiatrist (Richard Conte) sends him to seek treatment, violence ensues.
