Catherine (Jade Leung), a young drifter turned government assassin, returns in this sequel to Black Cat -- which was essentially a Hong Kong remake of La Femme Nikita with Simon Yam playing her patient yet persistent boss. This time around, Catherine's superiors recruit her to eliminate SK5 (Zoltan Buday), a killer from an underground organization who is under orders to assassinate Soviet president Boris Yeltsin.
