After being reprimanded for his brutal maverick tactics, Chicago cop Robert Malone (Fred Williamson) is sent to the Philippines, where he teams with by-the-book Lt. Kevin McCall (Nicholas Hammond) in this thrill-a-minute action flick. Though they don't get along at first, Malone soon has McCall following his unconventional methods as they work together to take down a terrorist who's holding kids hostage at their school.
