In this Western TV drama set during the Civil War, a settlement is raided by Indians, and the women and children are captured. With all the men off fighting in the war, no one's there to save the group except Britt Johnson (Tony Todd), a former slave. With help from a childhood friend, Britt puts aside the way he was treated in the past and confronts the Indians, determined to free their captives. Janet Bailey and Christopher Reeve co-star.
