In the Persian Gulf, a World War II-era battleship has been reactivated for use in covert operations, or "black ops." When command loses contact, a band of highly trained Marines board the ship and discover most of the crew brutally murdered. Now, the survivors of the massacre and the rescue team are targets of the same deadly terrorist responsible for the carnage. Lance Henriksen and James Russo star in this white-knuckle thriller.
