Darcy Walker (Joan Severance) is back on the police force but still fighting as her alter ego, masked avenger the Black Scorpion. When new villain Aftershock (Sherrie Rose) -- who emerged when the mayor (Matt Roe) sabotaged a scientist's earthquake prevention device -- helps Black Scorpion's old enemy Gangster Prankster (Stoney Jackson) escape from jail, Black must stop the pair before they bring Angel City to its knees.
