Blackout

During the massive summer blackout in 2003, violence descends on Brooklyn's East Flatbush section. Agoraphobic James (Sean Blakemore), his put-upon girlfriend, Claudine (Zoe Saldana), apartment super George (Melvin Van Peebles) and building owner Sol (Saul Rubinek) are thrown together amidst looting and riots. Director Jerry LaMothe weaves stories inspired by true events that went unnoticed by most of America.
