In this tense action thriller from director Anthony Hickox, a terrorist (Vinnie Jones) has designs on an oil rig off the coast of California, intending to detonate a powerful bomb that will cause untold damage. But the villain's plans go awry when he runs up against Lamont Dixon (Eddie Griffin), a resourceful tugboat captain who's been recruited to rescue the beleaguered rig. With millions of lives at stake, can Dixon thwart the evil plot?
