A young rapper signs a deal with a thuggish record label that fronts for a drug operation -- but when a rival label offers him a better deal, he naturally goes with them. Unfortunately, Dice, the kingpin behind the drug operation, voids the rap star along with his contract. The murder throws heat on Dice's operation, and there are heavy dues to be paid as the law tries to bring peace to the streets and justice to the young man's family.
