The city has been harsh to Daniel Pruitt (Jonathan Schaech) and his wife, Jessica (Elizabeth Lackey), so they move to the country, away from the pressures of urban life. But when Jessica is assaulted there, their lives spin out of control once again, especially when Daniel kills a man Jessica claims was her attacker. Problem is, she thinks every guy is the one -- and Daniel soon finds out the man he killed is the sheriff's (James Caan) son.
