Tara the Wolf Girl (Victoria Sanchez) wants to find a way out of her freaky circus life. In order to escape the grip of sideshow owner Harley Dune (Tim Curry), Tara tries a treatment that may eliminate her excessive hair and show her hidden beauty. But the remedy fails, and Tara -- a normal teenager by day -- becomes a blood-hungry werewolf at night. Grace Jones and Lesley Ann Warren also appear in this made-for-TV horror flick.
