When beautiful Megan (Sarah Lavrisa) moves to a new town, she falls head over heels in love with mysterious outcast Victor (Matthew Rogers) -- a melancholic teen vampire whose heart soon begins to warm to Megan's affections. But it's not long before a series of gruesome murders turns the town against Victor, and it's up to Megan to find the real killer before he strikes again.
