When Jake (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) travels to the Philippines to track down a missing friend, he falls victim to a trap and is kidnapped by the mastermind (Joe Mari Avellana) of a diabolical gambling ring that pits scientifically enhanced fighters against unwitting challengers. Whisked to a secret island along with five other kickboxers, Jake is forced to enter a steel cage in a fight to the death.
