When a blood-red moon settles in the New York sky, it's a harbinger of terrible things to come in this film from Hong Kong action master Tony Leung Siu Hung. A kung-fu serial killer (Darren Shahlavi) has begun stalking the city and taking out renowned martial artists. Now, serial-killer expert Ken O'Hara (Gary Daniels) must locate and capture the killing machine. Can he trap the maniac before it's too late?
