Imprisoned for stealing a priceless artifact, petty thief Alex Cardo (Daniel Bernhardt) becomes the target of angry inmates and a cruel prison guard in this martial arts sequel. Pushed to the edge, he decides to get revenge on the guard with the help of a fellow con (James Hong). Though Alex is outnumbered, he has an advantage -- his new friend is the world's best Iron Hand-style fighter. Pat Morita and Philip Tan co-star.
