A Chinese businessman with loose ethics loses the upper hand after he pulls a fast one in an international scam. Pursued by hired thugs who've come looking for payback, he flees to China. But he'll find no refuge in his homeland: He soon learns that he's also wanted by the Chinese authorities. Hong Kong action superstar Ray Lui turns up the heat in this crime thriller directed by Tsui Chung Shun.
