Trapped in an abusive relationship, young Latina Letty's (Jessi Perez) life falls apart when child protective services takes her children. Desperate to get her kids back, she attends court-ordered counseling with a worldly psychiatrist (Mara Monserrat). As they work together, both doctor and patient gain new insight into their lives. Greta De Bofsky and Maritza Nazario co-star in this poignant and thought-provoking drama.
