After his crazed tinkering causes the polar ice caps to melt and most of the world's population to drown, brilliant madman Zorndyke terrorizes Earth's remaining survivors, unleashing his army of robots and mutants upon the hapless humans. Unable to stand by and witness the continuing genocide, Kino, a brave young pilot, joins forces with a crusty submarine skipper to put an end to the villain's evil schemes in this spectacular CG anime.
