Gena Hayes (Virginia Madsen) is on a mission after her son becomes the victim of a Japanese mob shootout. As she begins searching for his killer, her only lead is the blue tiger tattoo that adorned the man. Fascinated by the symbol, Gena gets a similar tattoo, and Seiji (Toru Nakamura), a yakuza member, takes notice of her body art. Will Gena fall for the dangerous gangster, or will she continue to search for her son's shooter?
