Scientist Tom Redding (Marc Singer) is performing research on human sexual response with the help of his sexy co-worker Claire Archer (Lisa Pescia). It doesn't take long before their research takes on a less clinical nature, and the two begin a tumultuous affair. But when Redding tries to break it off before his wife (Mary Crosby) finds out, Claire makes him the main player in a dangerous game of torture and seduction in this erotic thriller.
