Hoping to maximize his catch with a minimum of effort, a lazy Wisconsin angler begins fishing Bog Lake with dynamite. Unwittingly, he blows to the surface a prehistoric mutant fish. Rousted from a decades-long sleep, this hog from the bog has worked up an appetite ... and considers humans to be its personal baitfish. Can a resourceful biologist (Gloria DeHaven) and the local sheriff (Aldo Ray) vanquish the voracious beastie?
